Who we are

A family toolroom with 18 years of continuous production

M-TOOLS D.O.O. was founded in January 2008 in Stubal near Kraljevo, Serbia, as a small family firm. We started with tool finishing — polishing, assembly and commissioning — the work that demands patience and an eye for detail, and that taught us how a tool actually behaves once it finally goes into production.

Step by step, importing modern CNC metalworking machines from the United Kingdom and Germany, we built up our own capacity. Today we can meet the most demanding customer requirements — from design and programming, through roughing and finishing, to assembly, trial runs and a guarantee on the finished tool.

Parts produced in our tools are fitted to premium cars from German and Japanese manufacturers. Besides our domestic market in Serbia, we supply customers in Germany, the USA, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Albania.

Today the same shop builds injection moulds, stamping dies and automatic PET blow moulding machines, all backed by CNC machining up to five axes.

More about us

What we do

CNC machining and tooling, built in-house in Serbia

We build the complete tool in-house — from design and machining through assembly, trials and delivery with our own transport.

  • An injection mould plate with eight cavities and a central runner.
    01

    Injection moulds

Moulds for plastics, rubber and aluminium injection, including PET preform tooling. Cavities are sunk by sinker and wire EDM in house, followed by assembly and trial runs.

  • A steel sheet-metal bending die with a double-V profile, set up in a press in the workshop.
    02

    Stamping and blanking dies

Dies for blanking and piercing sheet metal — blanking, bending and progressive. Hardened components are finished by EDM and grinding for long life and a clean cut.

  • A steel mould plate with an oval cavity, a central core and angled pins.
    03

    Thermoforming tooling

Tooling for thermoformed packaging and parts, with vacuum and cooling channels. Upper and lower tool halves, cutting knives and location plates.

  • An aluminium mould half with a cavity for a triangular container with a handle.
    04

    PE blow moulding tools

Tooling for blow-moulded polyethylene packaging. Cavities, cooling circuits and pinch-off, built around the container and the machine you already run.

  • An ABM 6C-6002 automatic PET blow moulding machine in a white enclosure lettered ABM Solution & M-TOOLS, its mechanism visible through the glass doors.
    05

    PET blow moulding machines

Our own product: fully automatic, servo-driven blow moulders for PET containers. One to eight cavities, for volumes from 0.2 to 10 litres (0.05–2.6 US gal).

  • Several milled aluminium housings and blocks with bores, on a white surface (2018).
    06

    Machine parts

Machine parts made and repaired to your drawing or sample — one-off or in batches, through milling, turning, EDM and grinding to final assembly.

Why M-TOOLS

Four reasons our customers come back

  • 01

    Modern equipment

Three-, four- and five-axis CNC milling machines, sinker and wire EDM, lathes, precision grinding and cutting — all under one roof, with no reliance on subcontractors.

  • 02

    Experience and expertise

A team focused on detail that approaches every project professionally, from the first design consultation to putting the tool into production.

  • 03

    Flexibility and custom solutions

We handle both small orders and complex series. We match the tool to the machine, material and cycle the customer actually runs, not to a theoretical case.

  • 04

    Quality and precision

Every product passes rigorous inspection before dispatch, so it meets the highest standards and runs reliably from day one.

11 CNC milling machines and complete EDM in-house

We cover the whole process ourselves, from roughing to final EDM and grinding: 11 CNC milling machines — three-, four- and five-axis. The largest, a large-format machine, has axis travels of X 2,500 × Y 1,000 × Z 1,000 mm (98.4 × 39.4 × 39.4 in). Below is an overview; the full list is on the Capabilities page.

Our own product

Fully automatic PET blow moulding machines

For a long time we produced semi-automatic PET blow moulding machines. Five years ago we moved to fully automatic, servo-driven machines with a considerably shorter cycle and a more stable process. More than ten have been built and commissioned to date.

We configure each machine around the container the customer actually makes — from one to eight cavities and for volumes from 0.2 to 10 litres (0.05–2.6 US gal). The mould is supplied with the machine, we commission it on site and train the operators.

FAQ

What customers ask us most

Which file formats do you accept?

We work with STEP and IGES 3D models, and with DWG, DXF and PDF drawings. If you only have a sample or an old tool, bring it in — we will capture the geometry and propose a solution.

Do you make one-offs, or only series?

Both. We build prototypes and single tools as well as more complex series. Flexibility is why customers come back, so no order is too small for us to look at.

How long does a tool take to build?

Lead time depends on tool complexity, the number of cavities and current machine loading, so we do not quote a blanket figure up front. Send your drawing through the quote form and you will get a firm date together with the price.

Do you service tooling you did not build?

Yes. We carry out complete refurbishment regardless of who built the tool, as well as service after another manufacturer's warranty has expired, with fast fault diagnosis.

Do you deliver the finished tool?

Yes, we deliver with our own transport. We also have customers across the region — in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro — and for deliveries outside Serbia we agree terms case by case, depending on the market and the value of the consignment.
