What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser in order to remember something about your visit. This site also uses localStorage, a technology similar to cookies, to remember your chosen language and your cookie choice.

Strictly necessary cookies

These are always used, because the site would not work properly without them. They are not used for tracking and cannot be switched off.

  • A record of your cookie choice, so the banner does not ask again on every visit.
  • A record of your chosen language, so the site does not return you to the Serbian version every time.
  • A short-lived record of your conversation with the on-site assistant, deleted when you close the tab.

Analytics cookies

Analytics is enabled only with your consent. Until you give it, no analytics tool is loaded at all — no request is sent and no cookie is set.

If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, with IP anonymisation enabled. We use exactly one analytics tool.

The on-site assistant

The assistant in the bottom-left corner runs entirely in your browser. It sends no request to any external server, uses no cloud AI service, and passes your questions to nobody.

The conversation is held temporarily in your browser's sessionStorage, solely so that messages are not lost when you move to another page. That record is deleted the moment you close the tab and never leaves your device.

Content from other websites

The Contact page includes a map served by Google. It does not load by itself: until you press the “Show the map” button, no request is sent to Google and no cookie is set.

Once you load the map, Google's own cookie and privacy terms apply, and those are outside our control. A plain link to Google Maps is offered as well, in case you would rather not load the map inside this page.

Marketing cookies

This site does not currently use marketing cookies. The category exists in the banner so the choice is complete, and so that if this ever changes, the change would require your consent.

How to change your choice

You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; if you do, we will ask you again on your next visit.
